Investigating officers found Sushant’s vehicle, which helped them identify him and learn more about his background. They discovered that he lived in Parel with his wife and daughter.

According to Senior Police Inspector Rohit Khot, the police brought Sushant’s family to the station for questioning. During this inquiry, his wife expressed her concerns, revealing that he had been experiencing a lot of work-related stress. This revelation has led the police to dig deeper into what might have driven Sushant to take such a drastic step.

The police have also checked Sushant’s mobile phone, but so far, they have not found any messages or notes that could explain his actions. Inspector Khot shared that Sushant was a manager at a bank located at Hutatma Chowk in Fort. Interestingly, just over the weekend, he had taken his family on a little vacation to Lonavala. However, on Monday morning, he told his family he was heading to work, but instead, he ended up at the Atal Setu.

In response to this tragic situation, search teams have been deployed in the sea to look for Sushant. Authorities are also reaching out to the community for any information that could help in the search. The investigation is ongoing as both the police and the community come together to understand the circumstances surrounding this heartbreaking incident.

This event serves as a stark reminder of the pressures many people face in their professional lives. If you or someone you know is struggling with stress or mental health issues, it’s important to reach out for help and talk to someone you trust.

  1. Suicide of any individual is very unfortunate for his/her family & society as a whole. But to blame Bank or work related pressure always, without having any substantial proof, is not correct. In this case the deceased has not left behind any note, it is only his family submission. At times, people have many other issues viz. family problems, some own deeds, some societal issues etc. Blaming Bank always puts lots of psychological pressure on existing employees. It should be taken into consideration also while reporting such incidents
