What should Female Bank Employees do if they face Harassment?
If Female Bank Employees ever face harassment at work place then they should immediately contact their bank and file complaint via the official portals.
Banks have developed portals to resolve complaints. For example, SBI has the Garima portal. If the bank does not address the complaint, the person should file a complaint at the nearest police station. They should not remain silent and tolerate harassment.
