How can female employees in HDFC Bank file a sexual harassment complaint?
The Bank has in place a Policy on Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace. In accordance with the statutory provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the Bank has constituted an Internal Committee to address complaints of sexual harassment of women at the workplace.
