Yes Bank is hiring a Relationship Manager – Yes Premia to manage and grow high-value retail customer relationships. The role involves handling banking and investment portfolios, generating business across liabilities, assets, and third-party products, and ensuring top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand HNI customer relationships with focus on liabilities and investment growth
- Achieve sales targets across products like CASA, loans, credit cards, mutual funds, insurance, and forex
- Deepen existing relationships and acquire new ones to grow the portfolio
- Regularly engage with clients for service and sales satisfaction
- Recommend investment solutions based on financial analysis
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations (RBI, SEBI, AMFI, IRDA)
