Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Personal Banker responsible for managing account openings, maintenance, and customer transactions, ensuring service quality, compliance with regulations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Opening & Maintenance:

• Process account openings, closures, and maintenance as per YBL standards
• Address customer inquiries and ensure adherence to documentation standards
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., NOC, Sales RM) for smooth account processing
• Ensure timely follow-ups for any deferrals or issues

2. Transaction Handling:

• Scrutinize transactional documents to ensure completeness
• Address customer inquiries and escalations related to transactions
• Monitor and track all transactions for compliance and accuracy

3. Service & Quality:

• Ensure efficient and superior service delivery in all interactions
• Maintain records of customer queries and complaints, analyze for process improvement
• Regularly monitor data and reports related to customer service and compliance
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers for periodic customer service checks
• Implement quality standards like ISO, Six Sigma, and 5S

4. Audit & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with internal, regulatory, and statutory requirements
• Address and resolve any audit findings promptly

5. Other Responsibilities:

• Maintain office discipline, punctuality, and grooming standards
• Manage vendor relationships and branch upkeep
• Comply with bank policies to ensure asset security
