Key Job Responsibilities

• Perform technical parts of risk assessments to understand the client’s risk level.
• Analyse and design end-to-end business processes.
• Gather, combine, and analyse data using the right tools and technologies.
• Assess and design internal controls using standard frameworks and regulatory rules.
• Understand the client’s business, follow industry trends, and learn best practices.
• Work well with colleagues and clients from different backgrounds.
• Improve the quality and efficiency of conduct risk solutions through research and analysis.
• Conduct internal audits using approved processes and methods.
• Collect and organize data to support internal audit assessments.
• Improve quality of assurance work by identifying risks, doing tests, checking regulations, and preparing reports.
• Build a strong skill set in technology and data risk through research and internal/external initiatives.
• Use leading industry frameworks and tools to make technology and data risk solutions more effective.

Desired Qualifications

• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit.
• Ability to make decisions and understand the wider impact of those decisions.
• Ability to think creatively and challenge existing ideas.
• Participation in proposal development.
• Support in pre-sales activities.
• Strong knowledge of Internal Audit requirements.
• Experience managing full Internal Audit engagements from planning to closure.
• Experience managing teams of 4–5 members.
• Experience preparing business development presentations and proposals.
• Willingness to travel.

Education Required

• CA / MBA (Tier 2)
• BBM / BBA / B.Com
• One certification such as CFE, CPA, CIA, CISA, CMA, or ACCA
