She has held leadership roles in HDFC Bank Ltd. as Vice- President and as Director at Aneja Associates, a Chartered Accountant (CA) Firm. She was also the proprietress of VB & Associates, a CA Firm. She presently holds the position of NonExecutive Independent Woman Director on the Board of Shakti Pumps (India) Limited and is an Honorary advisor for Kamala Sundaram Foundation for their Blind Free India Project.
