Union Bank Officers’ Organisation has announced All India Strike on 23 August 2024 against the unfair transfers and other issues.

To Stop Discriminatory transfer of Members of UBOO and its office bearers.
To Give an option to Specialist Officers to Convert to General Stream.
To formulate a transparent and fair Transfer Policy to Officers in Scale IV & V.
To Start Bilateral talks with UBOO representatives.
To stop discriminatory Disciplinary Action against the members of UBOO
To Stop the practice of unlawful transfer protection to the office bearers of AIUBOF.
Initiate action against office bearers of AIUBOF for the fraud played on the Bank and Government of India with respect to their registration
To take action against office bearers of AIUBOF for various frauds played in the Bank
