On the fateful day of May 10, 2024, Mr. KISHORE followed his usual routine of dropping his wife off at the Kancheepuram bus station, where she also worked as a bank employee at IOB. However, upon returning to his residence, he made the heart-wrenching decision to end his own life, tragically choosing his birthday as the day to do so.

It has been revealed that Mr. KISHORE was battling depression, which ultimately led him to this devastating course of action. Additionally, he had been grappling with immense discomfort in his role as the Manager of the Arakkonam branch, as the pressure to meet unrealistic targets had become overwhelming.

In an effort to support Mr. KISHORE during his difficult time, the Regional Head (RH) and Deputy Regional Head (DRH) had assured him of their unwavering assistance. However, it seems that the weight of his circumstances proved too much to bear.

In light of this heartbreaking news, our thoughts and prayers go out to Mr. KISHORE’s bereaved family members. May they find the strength they need to navigate this unimaginable loss.
