  1. So frustration has reached this extant. Now top bosses have to be careful in dealing officers during review or dealing.

  2. The present state of affairs in IOB is deeply disturbing. The management seems to have lost all sense of balance, treating its own employees with hostility instead of dignity. Threats of remote transfers have become their primary weapon—reminiscent of a Hitler-like mindset. Fear and coercion have replaced fairness and dialogue.

Some executives, intoxicated by their proximity to the top brass, behave as though IOB is their family estate. But let this be clear—no institution built on intimidation can sustain itself forever. The day is not far when this authoritarian structure will crumble under its own weight.

  3. If seniors don’t know how to behave with juniors then this is just a reply. “Tumhare paas dimag nahi hai” this can be the reply of the foul words used by seniors. Becoming senior doesn’t mean one has the authority to demean juniors or insult them.

  4. And when top management misbehave and use derogatory words against officers, managers & mostly with branch officials who are actually earning for bank. Then no action take by bank, govt or any authority. Hypocracy at it’s peak

  5. The exact lines were actually said by the GM this letter was said after the Probationary officer filed a FIR against him after he and his chief manager physically assaulted him.

  6. Top management now thinking that their enchester has leave this bank as virasat for them and they’re also thinking like that treating other employees as their labour and always talking in false way like anything so at what level as employee we should tolerate, I think this will not stop their but atleast all banker support such staffs and protest against top management otherwise this will be more worse day by day and all bankers will become slave of top management

  7. Ye to hona hi tha kb tk junior employee senior employee ki btmeejee shn krte rhenge. Senior employee ko jyada akd ni dikhani chahiye wrna kuchh bda bhi ho skta h. Gm bhi employee hi h koi khuda thodi na h.
