About Studds Accessories IPO
Studds Accessories Limited was incorporated in 1975 and established in 1983. It is a leading manufacturer of two-wheeler helmets and motorcycle accessories based in Faridabad, Haryana. The company designs, manufactures, markets, and sells helmets under the “Studds” and “SMK” brands, while other motorcycle accessories are sold under the “Studds” brand.
The company’s product range includes helmets, two-wheeler luggage, gloves, helmet security guards, rain suits, riding jackets, and eyewear. Studds has a strong market presence in India and exports its products to more than 70 countries across the Americas, Asia, Europe, and other regions.
Studds also manufactures helmets for international brands such as Jay Squared LLC, which sells them under the “Daytona” brand in the United States, and O’Neal, which distributes them in Europe, the United States, and Australia.
The company operates four manufacturing facilities in Faridabad. Facilities II, III, and IV are built on company-owned land, while Facility I is partly owned and partly leased.
As of August 31, 2025, Studds has 19,258 stock-keeping units (SKUs) across its product categories and offers more than 240 different designs—80 under the SMK brand and over 160 under the Studds brand. In the fiscal year 2025, the company sold 7.40 million helmets. Its research and development team includes 75 skilled members.
