About Shringar House IPO
Shringar House of Mangalsutra Limited, established in January 2009, is a well-known company in India that specializes in manufacturing and designing mangalsutras. The company creates a wide variety of designs using American diamonds, cubic zirconia, pearls, and semi-precious stones, crafted in 18k and 22k gold, mainly for its B2B clients.
As of December 31, 2024, the company had a 12-member design team and 182 in-house karigars (craftsmen). Its products are supplied to countries like the United Kingdom, New Zealand, the UAE, the USA, and the Republic of Fiji, serving corporate clients, wholesale jewellers, and retail outlets. Some of its major clients include Malabar Gold Limited, Titan Company Limited, GRT Jewellers, Reliance Retail, Joyalukkas India, and Damas Jewellery (UAE). In FY24, the company worked with 33 corporate clients, 96 wholesalers, and 832 retailers.
