Shri Binod Kumar Biography
Before his appointment at Indian Bank, Shri Kumar served as Executive Director at Punjab National Bank (PNB) from November 21, 2022, to January 15, 2025. At PNB, he oversaw key divisions such as:
- Corporate Banking
- Treasury Division
- International Banking Division
- Finance Division
- Data Analytics and Data Warehousing
Shri Kumar also played a pivotal role as Chief Executive Officer of PNB’s Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) branch and previously led the Corporate Credit Division as Chief General Manager.

Shri Kumar is a science graduate from Ranchi University and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance from the National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM).
