Should Indian Banks work for 5 Days a week?

Bank Employees in India conducted a big strike on 27 January 2026 demanding implementation of 5-Day Banking. All public sector banks across India were almost closed for a day. The bankers have been demanding 5-Day Banking for quite a long time, but the government has not yet implemented 5-Day Banking. What you think? Should 5-day banking be introduced in India or not?
