None of PSB is even bothered about this policy. there is no way to even complain, Banks are suppressing employees in the name of postings and govt hasn’t created any framework to report or complain. Employees are getting tortured, specially in Indian Overseas Bank.
Indian Overseas Bank has worst management ever.
No psu Banks even bother about the DFSs stand on Transfer policy and so called big Psu Banks ignore it absolutely. DFS also should monitor and test check the implementation level of transfer policy in Psu banks but they behave there responsibility is over with issuance of such guidelines. Ignorance of Staff problems are causing Staff demotivation which must be taken care of……
None of the psu has implemented the transfer policy by DFS. It’s a joke to banks according to bank management. They will work according to them only.
Banks are not following spouse grounds transfers, not giving posting near branches.
Due to this family members are suffring.
Banks have policies in place to show RBI and auditors.Policies are never followed and they exist on paper and not followed in practice…
Banks are not following medical grounds for old aged sick parents with single child to take care of them and in critical medical conditions
DFS just acts like an ignorant parent. They’re gonna just issue some guidelines, but no where they come to rectify whether it’s being implemented or not. We bankers work our lungs out six days a week with long working hours. What does DFS do ? Sit in a comfortable chair with no accountability and postponing bankers real issue.
Banks have policies in place to show RBI and auditors.Policies are never followed and they exist on paper and not followed in practice. Bankers are working just like machines up to 12 hours in a day. No solution bybDFS for Staff crunch …
Very amazed to know that Modi government has no respect and any relaxation for Ex-servicemen employees who joins bank after long hardships serving far distant from their home in safety and security of the nation…They join banks or any civil organization in anticipation that they would be now giving more to their parents, family and society….but they are transferred/posted along with other young boys after joining banks …
DFS and psu bank not following any new guidelines of transfer policy.this.policy on the paper only , ground level no implementation.
PSU Bank has not implemented Govt./DFS guidelines as Bank’s have made separate guidelines for specialist Scale Officers. Policy must be implemented to all A to Z Category of banking Services. No separate rules for specialist Officers. Policy must be same for specialist and generalist Officers. Also like women Officers given relaxation likewise Ex-Serviceman must also given priority for posting in home town as much as possible. Please review your Policy dear DFS, Govt of India and implement.
25 years of active service and still struggling for home posting in Bank of Maharashtra. Top Management is not aware of the difficulties faced by employees. And DFS, who are they, just to fill in their own pockets is what they are working for. Not for the benefits of employees. Top Management is doing the same. Using filthy languages and creating hurdles for employee welfare. Had they worked like this, what they are asking now when they were in junior cadres banks would have a different face now
Indian Bank is not implement Transfer policy as per DFS. 2021 batch of Bihar,Jharkhand, New Delhi, Utrakhand and Punjab are still in Tamilnadu. Their transfer not implemented till now. Officers above the age of 55 years got transferred and not any consideration for him.
Bank Authorities are giving punishment Transfers continuously to some staffs. They should know also what happened to their life accordingly after unfair transfers. Bank should review who are staying continuously in their career comfortably in the same Area, same junction in this scenario. Banks should know staffs are working hard even hardwares snd softwares stuck there for long time. Consider staffs as human with value in their aspects
Nothing is implemented and will be implemented . They are more concerned about Women employees. What about ex-servicemen,who served rhe nation for more than 20-25 years.
