MANAGER (MANPOWER PLANNING & RECRUITMENT)

Minimum – 28 years, Maximum – 40 years
Basic Educational Qualification: (As on 31.07.2026)
Mandatory: MBA/ PGDM/ PGDBM or its equivalent with specialisation in HR / HRD/ HRM from institutions recognised by Government Bodies/ AICTE/ UGC.
Preferred: Preferred Certifications: (Certificate should be dated on or before 31.07.2026)

- SHRM-CP or
- SHRM-SCP
Experience
Minimum 6 years’ post basic qualification experience in Human Resources, preferably in IT Industry or IT Department / Vertical in the BFSI Sector. (As on 31.07.2026)
