SBI Recruitment 2025: Apply for Dean, Faculty, Marketing Executive Post, Salary upto Rs.60 Lakhs

State Bank of India (SBI) has released vacancy for Specialist Cadre Posts – Dean, External Faculty, Marketing Executive Post in SBIL Kolkata. The vacancies and age limit of all the posts are as follows:

Eligibility

1. Dean – SBIL Kolkata

• Total Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 35 to 55 years
• Salary Range: ₹35 Lakhs to ₹60 Lakhs per annum
• Educational Qualification:
  • MBA/Executive MBA (min. 2 years, 55% or above) or Ph.D. from a premier institution (preferably in Banking & Finance)
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years overall, including 3+ years as Dean/Head/Director in BFSI/Leadership/Behavioural Science domain

2. External Faculty – SBIL Kolkata

• Total Posts: 03
• Age Limit: 30 to 55 years
• Salary Range: ₹25 Lakhs to ₹50 Lakhs per annum
• Educational Qualification:
  • Postgraduate degree (55% or more) and MBA (preferably in HR/Finance)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in executive education; Ph.D. preferred

3. Marketing Executive – SBIL Kolkata

• Total Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 28 to 40 years
• Salary Range: ₹25 Lakhs to ₹40 Lakhs per annum
• Educational Qualification:
  • MBA in Marketing with at least 55% marks
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in executive program marketing (both online and offline modes)
