About Knowledge Sawaliya Food Products IPO
Sawaliya Food Products Limited, established in July 2014, is a company that makes and processes dehydrated vegetables. It mainly supplies to branded packaged food companies and international buyers. The company gets its raw materials directly from farmers and mainly deals in dehydrated carrots, cabbage, and string beans. These vegetables are commonly used in products like cup noodles, ready-to-eat noodles, pasta, and soups.
Their manufacturing unit is located in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, and has a production capacity of around 1500 metric tonnes across two facilities. Sawaliya Food Products sells its products both in India and to overseas markets, including the United States.
To use resources wisely, the company follows a zero-waste policy. For example, unused carrots are sold in the market when prices are good, and products that don’t meet quality standards are exported for making pet food.
As of June 30, 2025, the company had 25 employees working across different roles.
Some of the company’s key strengths include having top customers that bring stability, a wide range of flexible products, and being a trusted supplier to big brands. They focus strongly on quality control and have a modern, well-located manufacturing facility. Their efficient sourcing methods and experienced management team also help them maintain strong and cost-effective operations.
