Further, the Board at its Meeting held on May 14, 2025, approved the revision in sitting fees to ₹85,000/- for attending each meeting of Audit Committee of Board, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Risk Management Committee, Board Credit Committee and IT Strategy Committee and ₹60,000/- for attending meetings of other Board Level Committees.
