During FY 2024–25, the Non-Executive Directors were paid sitting fees of ₹100,000/- for attending each meeting of the Board of Directors and ₹50,000/- / ₹75,000/- as applicable for attending Board Level Committee meetings. Further, the Board at its Meeting held on May 14, 2025, approved the revision in sitting fees to ₹85,000/- for attending each meeting of Audit Committee of Board, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Risk Management Committee, Board Credit Committee and IT Strategy Committee and ₹60,000/- for attending meetings of other Board Level Committees.

Dear paras ji kindly share with me the mail id’s of senior members of yesbank i am an account holder since 2018 in contact since 2016 i have been cheated badly even when i was in coma on ventilator then critical ICU then emergency ward had come on wheel chair still no one from the bank branch came to my rescue i had to run around all by myself even though i had freshly started walking leaving wheel chair
