About Saatvik Green Energy IPO

Saatvik Green Energy Limited, established in 2015, is a solar energy company that manufactures solar modules and also provides engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services. The company produces a wide range of solar modules using advanced technologies designed to reduce energy loss and improve efficiency.

It began manufacturing in 2016 with an annual capacity of 125 MW, which has steadily grown to about 3.80 GW as of June 30, 2025. The company runs two large manufacturing facilities in Ambala, Haryana, covering an area of more than 724,000 square feet.

Saatvik offers Monocrystalline PERC (Mono PERC) modules and N-TopCon solar modules. Both types are available in mono-facial and bifacial versions, making them suitable for residential, commercial, and large-scale solar power projects. The company’s workforce has also grown over the years, with 618 full-time employees as of June 30, 2025.
