RBL Bank’s Branch Manager Leadership Program is a 2-month intensive residential training program designed for experienced banking professionals. The program combines classroom learning at the Manipal Academy of BFSI with practical exposure to real-world branch operations.
What the Program Offers
After successfully completing the program, selected participants will be placed as Branch Managers at RBL Bank.
During the 2-month training period, participants will receive a monthly stipend of INR 50,000, subject to applicable statutory deductions. After placement, eligible candidates can receive a fixed pay package of up to INR 12 lakh per annum.
The program also provides a performance-based reimbursement of the course fee. RBL Bank will reimburse 50% of the course fee after the participant completes one year with the Bank. The remaining 50% will be reimbursed after completing two years, subject to performance.
Program Structure
The program includes training at the Manipal Academy of BFSI along with certification. The curriculum is designed to develop practical banking and leadership skills.
Participants will learn about branch operations, financial products, sales strategies, risk management, regulatory compliance, customer service and team leadership.
The total program fee is INR 2,21,840, inclusive of GST and the cost of an Android tablet.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should be between 28 and 36 years of age. They must have at least 6 years of experience in the banking sector, particularly in Sales, Service or Operations.
Candidates must also hold a Graduate or Post-Graduate degree from an approved or recognized college or institution.
Apart from the basic eligibility requirements, candidates should have an interest in customer service, leadership and business growth.
Selection Process
The selection process includes application screening, an aptitude test, a psychometric assessment and a final panel interview.
Candidates who successfully clear the selection stages can proceed to the Branch Manager Leadership Program.
