RBI Open House Initiative: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Governor Sanjay Malhotra has introduced an “open house” initiative for both current and retired employees. What is this initiative and how will it be beneficial? Let’s Know.

The open house will be held every working day from 10:00 to 10:30 am. Employees can meet the RBI Governor without prior appointment and share their views or suggestions directly. Employees are encouraged to offer feedback, ideas, and suggestions that can help improve the functioning of the RBI. The important point to note is that employees can meet the RBI Governor directly without any prior appointment. This is highly commendable as it breaks communication barriers and promotes openness.
