Punjab National Bank (PNB) has released the new transfer policy for officers and the transfer exercise for this financial year has begun from 1st April 2025. The guidelines are as follows:
Note: In PNB Circle means City and Zone means State. If any city is small then a circle consists of two or more cities. If a state is large then it may have two Zones.

In case an officer requests transfer to a circle of another Zone, the same will be considered subject to availability of vacancies.

Shame on Central leadership for betraying their Officers and secretly colluding with the management. Bring new leadership and the existing one please 🙏🙏🙏 step down and take rest. We had enough. No more becoming scapegoat. I urge all the officers to start questioning the Union leaders. They are just securing their spots.
**Time for Change: No More Scapegoats**
For too long, officers have been caught in the crossfire of leadership failures and secret dealings. The betrayal by central leadership, their collusion with management, and their failure to stand firm for those they represent have pushed officers to the breaking point. Enough is enough.
The time has come for leadership to step down and make way for new voices ones that truly advocate for fairness and transparency. Officers must unite!!
Assume condition of parents who’s children have just came in class 10th and they have even dropped their promotion for years for their children sake and now have to move out of circle for three crucial years of their child education just because of this new trf policy . Thanks to DFS , new MD and AIPNBOA. You all did a very good job. now Beti padhao beti bachao all go in vain .
There was no DFS guidelines that above 54 years of age will not be transferred
The new transfer policy arrived without much opposition. The clerical union and staff remain passive, watching instead of acting. No resistance, no challenge, No support —just silence.
But history has a pattern: What applies to one group today will apply to another tomorrow. When management turns its attention to clerical staff, will there be regret for the inaction? Will it be too late to push back?
Policies don’t demand acceptance—they evolve in the absence of resistance.
