PNB Town Hall Meeting in Jaipur, Check Highlights

Punjab National Bank (PNB) conducted Town Hall Meeting in Jaipur. Over 1,000 employees of Punjab National Bank (PNB) attended a Town Hall meeting addressed by Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Shri Ashok Chandra, in Jaipur on Saturday.

In his address, Shri Chandra motivated employees by reiterating the Bank’s focus on a “Customer-First” approach, which includes delivering superior service quality, creating a welcoming branch ambience, and ensuring faster grievance redressal to strengthen customer satisfaction.

He also underlined the Bank’s commitment to deepening financial inclusion by bringing more citizens under the ambit of social security schemes. This is part of the ongoing three-month Financial Inclusion Saturation Campaign, being conducted up to September 30, 2025, by the Department of Financial Services (DFS) in collaboration with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

The Town Hall echoed the spirit of unity and purpose among PNBians, with a shared resolve to contribute towards building a Viksit and AatmaNirbhar Bharat.
