- PLP Heads ranked 1 to 100 will be exempted from rotational transfer if they have not completed 6 years.
- Cases of serious illness of self or spouse, duly verified by the Bank’s doctor, will be exempted from rotational transfer out of zone.
- Those CMs who are above 57 years of age are exempted from rotational transfer.
- Women Scale IV officers having a child less than 5 years of age are exempted from rotational transfer.
- Good performers will be considered for posting in nearby Zones even after completion of 6 years of stay.
AIPNBOA and AIPNBOF – both the associations had requested MD&CEO to look into the issue and review the transfer of Scale IV Officers. Some of the Scale IV Officers were transferred to more than 2000 km from their home city.
