No Holiday for Bank Employees in UP on 7th October

The Government of Uttar Pradesh has denied holiday for Bank employees on 7th October 2025. Earlier, a letter surfaced, stating that, the government has declared the holiday for Bank employees on 7th October.

But the letter has been withdrawn and the government has issued a clarification stating that banks will remain open on 7th October 2025 while other government offices will remain closed.

The new letter from the Government of Uttar Pradesh is given below. This letter states clearly that there is no holiday for Bank Employees on 7th October.
