A tragic and mysterious incident took place on Friday in Dadudayal Nagar, located in the Muhana police station area of Jaipur, where a bank employee named Dharmendra (40) and his wife Suman (36) were found hanging from a noose inside their flat. The couple originally belonged to Hantra village in Nadbai and had been living in Jaipur for work. The name of bank and other details have not been revealed due to privacy concerns.

On the day of the incident, both Dharmendra and Suman’s mobile phones were switched off, which caused worry among their family and friends. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact them, a close friend of the couple sent his daughter to check on them. When she reached the flat, she found the main door open. Upon entering, she saw the couple hanging from the ceiling. Shocked and frightened, she immediately called her family and informed them about the situation.

Soon after the news spread, local residents gathered at the spot, and the Muhana police arrived to investigate. The bodies were sent to the mortuary for post-mortem examination. A Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) team was also called to gather evidence from the scene. No suicide note was found in the flat. According to police officer Bhupendra Singh, the reason for the couple’s death is not yet known, and the case is being investigated from all possible angles.

As per Neetu, the former Sarpanch of Hantra village, Dharmendra worked in a bank and Suman was a homemaker. Just two days before their death, the couple had returned to Jaipur after leaving their two young daughters with Dharmendra’s father in their native village. Their return was sudden, and the reason remains unclear.

The reason of suicide is not yet known. Police are investigating the case and more details will be released soon.
