About Luxury Time IPO
Luxury Time Limited, founded in 2008 and based in New Delhi, works in the distribution, marketing, retailing, and servicing of Swiss luxury watches in India. It also supplies tools and equipment used for watch servicing. The company has a team experienced in luxury watch distribution, retail operations, precision servicing, and brand marketing.
Its business operates in five main areas: wholesale watch distribution, direct-to-consumer and online sales, after-sales services, branding and marketing support, and the distribution of tools and machinery. Luxury Time Limited has more than 70 retail points across India, including mono-brand boutiques, multi-brand outlets, and online platforms. It is present in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, as well as Tier I and Tier II cities such as Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Surat, Kolkata, Chennai, Coimbatore, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Cochin, and Lucknow.
The company runs two service centers in Mumbai and Delhi and is supported by over 20 authorised and dealer-run service facilities nationwide. Its brand portfolio includes well-known Swiss luxury watch brands such as TAG Heuer, Zenith, Bomberg, and Exaequo. Luxury Time Limited is the authorised distributor for TAG Heuer in India and also manages the brand’s official online store in the country.
As of September 30, 2025, the company employs 17 people.
