Job Summary:

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking dynamic individuals for the role of Relationship Officer – 811 Digital Sales. This role focuses on driving digital banking adoption among corporate customers, cross-selling banking products, and enhancing customer relationships within the assigned corporate base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates and entry points within those organizations.
• Promote and sell Kotak 811 digital banking products to mapped corporate salary customers.
• Cross-sell investment and insurance products based on client needs.Introduce new products or product enhancements to deepen customer relationships.
• Engage with employees of group companies to promote Kotak JIFI products.
• Drive customer value enhancement by offering additional banking solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive relationship records for assigned customer accounts.
• Expand customer base by penetrating into the group/family accounts of mapped customers.
• Track customer complaints, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• 0–2 years of experience, preferably in liability sales or with knowledge of KYC processes.
• Good communication and presentation skills.Must own a two-wheeler and an Android smartphone.
• Willingness to travel extensively within city limits.
