| Qualification | Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred. |
| Experience | 3–7 years of experience in secured loan sales, especially LAP or mortgage business. |
| Skills | Strong knowledge of property documentation, valuation, and credit assessment. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. |
