About Karbonsteel Engineering IPO
Karbonsteel Engineering Limited, incorporated in 2011, is an engineering solutions provider that focuses on designing, manufacturing, and supplying high-quality products for various industries. The company offers structural engineering and fabrication solutions to sectors such as steel plants, railway bridges, oil and gas plants, refineries, and other industries, playing a key role in construction, expansion, and modernization of large-scale projects.
It operates two manufacturing facilities located in Gujarat and Maharashtra, with a combined annual production capacity of 32,400 MT. These facilities produce heavy steel structures, pre-engineered buildings (PEBs), and steel bridges. The company’s services include heavy steel fabricated structures used in large industrial and infrastructure projects, precision fabricated steel structures designed with high accuracy for process applications, steel bridge structures for railway and road projects with strong load-bearing capacity, and PEBs that provide cost-effective and efficient building solutions for industrial and commercial needs.
As of January 31, 2025, the company employed 349 people across its locations. Its main strengths include the ability to handle large-scale projects, a strong order book, in-house manufacturing and testing facilities, long-standing customer relationships, and an experienced management team led by knowledgeable promoters.
