Inquiry started against CEO of this Bank for taking monthly bribe from branch managers

Vinod Bhargava, the Chief Executive Officer of Datia District Cooperative Bank, has been accused of illegal extortion. According to the allegations, Bhargava has been extorting Rs 2,000 per month from branch managers.

The Joint Commissioner Gwalior has handed over the investigation of the case to Datia ARCS (Assistant Registrar Cooperative Societies). The ARCS has issued a notice asking Vinod Bhargava to appear on May 14 and present his side of the story.

It is alleged that Bhargava is extorting money through branch managers. The order, which is going viral on social media, mentions that Bhargava instructs employees to send money from bottom to top.

Ramji Sharan, the committee manager of Taidaut village, has requested the removal of Chief Executive Officer Vinod Bhargava from his post and the conduct of an impartial investigation.
