As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new client acquisition opportunities, promoting liability products, and building long-term customer relationships. You will manage end-to-end sales processes, conduct market analysis, and work collaboratively with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers for liability products (savings & current accounts)
Drive revenue through cross-selling banking products and services
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
Provide regular feedback and market insights to the branch team
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
Good knowledge of banking products and local market dynamics
