Six nations hold the most powerful passports on this year’s list: France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Singapore, and Spain. Citizens of these nations can travel to 194 countries without requiring a visa.

Bottom-Ranking Nations

On the flip side, Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, and Pakistan are among the nations with the least powerful passports, offering visa-free access to a limited number of countries, ranging from 28 to 34.
