Indian Bank orders Staff to open Branches on Sunday

Indian Bank has released a circular ordering staff to open branches on Sunday i.e. 3 August 2025.

The 20th instalment under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme for the period April 2025 – July 2025 will be released on 2nd August, 2025 (Saturday).

In view of the above Branches are to be opened on 01st August, 2025 (Friday) and as well as on the day of event i.e. 2nd August, 2025 (Saturday) and also on the following day i.e. 03rd August, 2025 (Sunday) to enable payment to the beneficiaries on the day of event.

All field functionaries have been hereby instructed to ensure smooth release of funds to the beneficiaries on the event day.
