A shocking incident has been reported from Najibabad in Uttar Pradesh. A branch manager working in Indian bank physically assaulted a bank officer inside branch premises.
In the below video, the bank manager can be clearly seen assaulting the bank employee. As per video below, the bank officer first came to the location of incident and after a few seconds, the bank manager followed him to the location. The two got engaged in a heated argument and suddenly the bank manager kicked him. The entire incident got recorded in the CCTV camera installed in the bank.
There was huge rush of customers in the branch. The customers also witnessed the attack on bank employee. The security guard was standing next to the bank manager and tried to move him away after the assault.

What Bank Officer said?
According to Assistant Branch Manager Gaurav Singh, the manager allegedly threatened him, saying, “I will shoot you. You cannot compete with us.”
Gaurav Singh aged 31 years was transferred to the Indian Bank branch in Najibabad on August 8. Since then, Branch Manager Sudhir Kumar has been harassing him regarding the entry of loan brokers inside the branch.
Gaurav Singh had been on leave since October 5th. The branch manager had filed a complaint with the Vigilance Department alleging that he was accepting ₹5,000 in the name of opening an account. He was summoned to the bank on October 6th for questioning regarding this matter. During this time, the two had a dispute.
Gaurav Singh alleges that he has been threatened with a transfer to Chennai in the past. He has audio recordings of these threats. He has been constantly harassed for refusing to act against the bank’s rules. False complaints have also been filed against him.
