Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) has released a notification for the recruitment of candidates to the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). IIBF CEO Recruitment 2025 Eligibility: Educational Qualifications
Essential: Postgraduate in any discipline with CAIIB or Ph.D in Banking or Finance. Desirable: MBA from a reputed business school.
Experience: Candidate should have worked for 2 years as Chief General Manager and above, or as Wholetime Director in a Public Sector Bank, or equivalent position in a Private Sector Bank or financial organisation, or as a Professor (under UGC scale) in a reputed academic institution. Preference will be given to bankers or academicians with higher levels of experience and exposure to training and developmental activities.
Age limit: Should be in the age bracket of 55 to 62 years of age as on 31.01.2026.
Salary: Monthly gross emoluments of approximately Rs.5.92 lakhs at the beginning of the scale plus a three bedrooms accommodation in Cuffee Parade, Mumbai, chauffeur driven office car and other perquisites as per Institute’s rules.
Tenure of appointment: Five years or up to 65 years of age whichever is earlier.
