Job Purpose:

As an Associate Manager – Acquisition (Household), you will be responsible for acquiring new customers for the bank’s savings accounts. This role includes identifying potential customers, reaching out through various channels, explaining product features, and closing sales. You will also focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new savings account customers within the identified segment and specified catchment area.
• Generate customer references and ensure high-quality acquisitions in terms of customer profile, product mix, and segment alignment.
• Assist the Senior Sales Manager in catchment mapping and branch scoping activities.
• Ensure customer onboarding and activation on digital banking platforms.
• Regularly provide feedback to the Senior Sales Manager and Branch Manager regarding customer needs and business opportunities.
• Adhere strictly to sales compliance protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure quality sourcing and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct promotional and acquisition activities in the catchment area to attract quality and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
• Work on central business initiatives and generate referrals from existing customers.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and support functions to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
