IDBI Specialist Officer Selection Process
The selection process consists of screening, GD, & Interview. However, the Bank reserves the right to change the selection criteria, methods, or even cancel/modify the selection process. A limited number of candidates will be called for the GD and Interview based on qualifications and experience.
- Preliminary Screening- The screening process of candidates based on age, educational qualifications, and work experience
- Group Discussion & Interview- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in Group Discussions (GD) and/or Personal Interviews (PI).
Final selection for IDBI Specialist Officer depends on eligibility criteria, passing the selection process, and medical examination
