Job Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering application solutions that align with business stakeholders’ expectations. You will lead strategic projects, managing the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation support. The role involves planning, managing, and enhancing applications within the assigned Technology Group, ensuring compliance with established methodologies and policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify Opportunities

• Ensure application development aligns with architectural standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Identify areas of improvement within existing systems and recommend innovative solutions.

2. Collaboration

• Work closely with business users, development teams, support staff, and infrastructure teams.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

3. Process Compliance

• Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Maintain compliance with application development and deployment standards.

4. Service Orientation

• Take high-level directives and convert them into comprehensive project plans.
• Manage project execution based on internal project management frameworks and lifecycle processes.

5. Database Knowledge

• Possess strong technical expertise in databases.
• Combine analytical skills with effective planning and execution capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification

• B-Tech/BE in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• MBA (Full-time) is preferred.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze processes using logical and creative thinking.
• Hands-on experience with application development and deployment.
• Proficiency in database management and query optimization.
