ICICI Bank NEW charges for ATM, Cash Transaction, IMPS and Debit Card, Check Here!!

ICICI Bank will change its service charges starting July 1, 2025. The revised fees will apply to ATM usage, cash deposits and withdrawals, IMPS money transfers, demand drafts, and debit card services. Let’s take a closer look at what customers need to know.

New ATM Transaction Charges

ICICI Bank customers using ICICI Bank ATMs will continue to get five free financial transactions per month. After using these free transactions, the bank will charge:

  • ₹23 for each financial transaction
  • Non-financial transactions (like balance enquiry or mini statement) will remain free

Senior citizens will continue to enjoy free transactions without any extra charges.

Other Bank ATMs (Inter-Bank ATM Usage)

If customers use ATMs of other banks, the number of free transactions depends on their location:

  • Metro cities: 3 free transactions per month
  • Non-metro cities: 5 free transactions per month

Once these limits are crossed:

  • ₹23 per financial transaction
  • ₹8.50 per non-financial transaction

International ATM Charges

For ATM usage outside India, ICICI Bank will charge:

  • ₹125 per cash withdrawal
  • ₹25 per non-financial transaction
  • 3.5% of the transaction amount as a currency conversion fee

Senior citizens are exempt from these international ATM charges as well.

IMPS (Immediate Payment Service) Charges

If you are transferring money using IMPS (a real-time money transfer service), here are the updated charges:

  • Up to ₹1,000: ₹2.50 per transaction
  • ₹1,001 to ₹1 lakh: ₹5 per transaction
  • ₹1 lakh to ₹5 lakh: ₹15 per transaction

These charges will be applied based on the transaction amount.

Cash Deposit & Withdrawal Charges at Branches and CRMs

ICICI Bank will now allow three free cash transactions per month (this includes both deposits and withdrawals at branches or through cash recycler machines – CRMs). After the free limit:

  • ₹150 will be charged for every extra transaction

High-Value Cash Deposits

If you deposit more than ₹1 lakh in a month, the bank will charge:

  • ₹150 or
  • ₹3.50 per ₹1,000 deposited
    (Whichever amount is higher)

Also, third-party cash deposits (someone else depositing cash into your account) will be limited to ₹25,000 per transaction.

Cash Withdrawals from Branches

  • After 3 free withdrawals in a month, each additional withdrawal will cost ₹150
  • If monthly withdrawals go over ₹1 lakh, value-based charges will be applied
  • Third-party withdrawals are also limited to ₹25,000 per transaction

Debit Card Fees

The annual fee for ICICI Bank debit cards remains the same:

  • ₹300 for regular customers
  • ₹150 for customers in rural areas

If you lose your card and need a replacement, the replacement fee will be ₹300.
