ICICI Bank Financial Results Q4 2025 PDF, Net Profit Rs.16534 crore

ICICI Bank, a leading private sector lender, reported a 13.2% year-on-year increase in profit before tax (excluding treasury) to ₹16,534 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25). The bank’s core operating profit during the quarter rose by 13.7% to ₹17,425 crore, while profit after tax registered an 18% annual growth, reaching ₹12,630 crore.

For the full financial year 2025, profit before tax excluding treasury climbed 11.4% to ₹60,713 crore, and core operating profit rose by 12.5% to ₹65,396 crore. The bank’s net profit for the year stood at ₹47,227 crore, marking a 15.5% increase over the previous year.

Net interest income for the January-March 2025 quarter rose 11% year-on-year to ₹21,193 crore. The bank’s net interest margin (NIM) stood at 4.41%, up from 4.25% in the previous quarter and marginally higher than 4.40% recorded in the same quarter last year.

ICICI Bank also reported an improvement in asset quality. The gross non-performing asset (NPA) ratio declined to 1.67% as of March 31, 2025, compared to 1.96% in the previous quarter. Similarly, the net NPA ratio fell to 0.39% from 0.42% in the previous quarter. During the quarter, the bank wrote off loans worth ₹2,118 crore and sold loans amounting to ₹2,786 crore.

The bank’s total advances rose by over 13% year-on-year to ₹13.41 lakh crore, while total deposits grew by 14% to ₹16.10 lakh crore.
