IBPS has released notification for recruitment of candidates to the post of Deputy Manager (Accounts) on a regular basis. The place of posting will be at IBPS in Mumbai. All details related to the recruitment are given below.

Age Limit
- Minimum: 23 years
- Maximum: 30 years
- i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.05.1996 and not later than 01.05.2003 (both dates inclusive)
Education Qualifications
Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant.
Experience
Preferably 1 year’s experience in handling Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Investment and expertise in management of funds, etc.
Salary
Selected Candidate will get an annual CTC of Rs.17.28 Lakhs. Basic Pay will be Rs.44,900. Total salary including Basic Pay, DA, HRA and TA will be Rs.91,070.
Service Agreement Bond
At the time of joining the services of IBPS, the selected candidate joining as Deputy Manager – Accounts in Grade ‘E’ is required to execute a Service Bond of Rs. 2 lakh (Rupees Two Lakh only). The candidate shall have to serve IBPS for a minimum period of 3 years from the date of joining. In case the candidate leaves before completion of 3 years, he/she will have to pay Rs. 2 lakh to IBPS towards the Service Bond.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Online Examination, Group Exercises and Personal Interview.
