IBA has invited applications from retired/retiring Executives of Banks, for the post of Senior Advisor – HR & IR, on a contract basis, in the Mumbai Office. All details related to this recruitment are given below.

QualificationsGraduate in any stream
EligibilityServing/Former CGM/GM (Scale VIII/VII, preferably CGM) or equivalent, having a minimum 3 years relevant functional experience at the DGM/GM/CGM level.

Experience in the following functional areas is highly desirable.

👉 HR & IR Department of Banks – having experience in handling HR & IR-related matters.
👉 Exposure to the Policies and Procedures of various HR&IR functions of the Bank and having good experience in handling IR meetings with Unions / Associations at the Bank level.
👉 Exposure in handling Disciplinary matters of the Bank.
👉 Good knowledge of service conditions of Workmen as agreed in Bi-partite and Officers Service Regulations.
👉 Attending conciliation meetings the RLC / CLC level, representing the Bank in HR matters.

Candidates superannuating in the next one year may also apply, subject to the willingness of the respective Bank permitting for deputation, on offer of appointment.

CompensationRs. 2,46,400/- p.m
Conveyance and Reimbursement of Leased Accommodation as per Policy
Period of engagementThe appointment will be on a Contract basis for an initial period of 3 years, extendable for up to 3 years or till the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
Other informationThe place of posting will be Mumbai. IBA will not be providing a Car facility. Considering that the role is of a specialised nature, the Chief Executive can approve deviations in the eligibility criterion depending on the availability/suitability of the candidates.
