‘I had to take painkillers everyday’ One more SBI Employee quits Bank Job
One more SBI Employee has quit her job and her video has again raised the question of work culture in public sector banks.
She was working as an assistant manager at the State Bank of India (SBI) and had a stable government job.

But she said she was mentally exhausted and was under constant pressure. The officer named Snigdha Bose, narrated her story in a video. Watch her video below.

After resigning from SBI, she started a Wellness Studio in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
She said that she realised that for all the perks this job provided, she still did not feel fulfilled. Instead, she found herself constantly exhausted.
Snigdha said: “I felt this extreme pressure, had a headache every day, I used to take painkillers every day, and I did not like that life. I knew I needed to change something inside me, and that is the reason took this massive step for myself.”
The resignations are rapidly increasing in Public Sector Banks. Banks and Government must look into this.
