Huge Rush in PNB, Customer criticizes Bank for defaming its Employees

A customer of Punjab National Bank uploaded a photo of the huge rush in branch.

He said the branch does not have adequate basic facilities, while high heat and humidity are making it difficult for customers to wait inside the branch.

He said some customers were feeling unwell and fainting because of the heat and poor conditions at the branch. Photos shared with the post showed a crowded banking hall with customers waiting for services.

The social media user tagged PNB and questioned the bank over the situation. He said that instead of focusing on such customer-related issues, the bank was busy targeting or maligning its own employees.He further questioned how the bank could expect business growth without providing proper facilities and a comfortable environment for its customers.

The incident was reported at branch 191400. This branch is located in Kunraghat, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
