HDFC Bank will pay Rs 8.6 Crore Rent to Kajol: Bollywood actor Kajol Devgan has rented out a retail unit in Goregaon, Mumbai, to India’s largest private sector bank – HDFC Bank. The property has been leased out for 9 years and the total rent for nine years is ₹8.6 crore, according to property documents. Kajol had bought this property in March 2025 for ₹28.78 crore.

The property is located in Bharat Arize, Goregaon. It has a carpet area of 1,817 sq ft and comes with one parking slot. The lease was registered on November 14, 2025. The stamp duty was ₹5.61 lakh, and the registration fee was ₹30,000. The agreement also includes a security deposit of ₹27.61 lakh.
