There is an important news for HDFC Bank customers. The Bank has informed that essential system maintenance will be carried out on 22 August 2026. The maintenance will be conducted from 2:30 AM to 6:30 AM IST and will continue for four hours.
During this maintenance period, several HDFC Bank NetBanking and mobile app services will remain unavailable. Customers will not be able to access accounts and deposits or use funds transfer services such as NEFT, IMPS, RTGS and transfers within HDFC Bank. Online payments and other account-related transactions will also be unavailable during this period.
However, UPI services will continue to remain available during the maintenance window. Customers will be able to make UPI transactions through HDFC Bank as well as third-party UPI applications linked to their HDFC Bank accounts.
HDFC Bank customers can continue to use the Zapp Account, formerly known as the PayZapp Wallet, for payments and money transfers during the maintenance period.
