HDFC Bank Complaint Portal not working, How will customers file complaint?
The complaint portal of India’s largest private sector bank, HDFC Bank, is not working. As per reports and customer feedbacks, the portal has not been working for quite a long time. When we checked the portal, we found the issue to be genuine.
The complaint portal of HDFC Bank shows following error:

HDFC Bank has provided the facility to its customers to file a complaint regarding any service in its branches. But this portal does not work. To file a complaint, customers need to visit the following link: https://www.hdfc.bank.in/need-help/grievance-redressal. After it, customers need to click on Submit an online complaint/query/request. But this link does not work, and the above message is displayed.
The online complaint portal is a very easy and simple method of filing complaints. Almost all public sector banks have implemented this online complaint portal, and they are working fine. HDFC Bank should look into this and resolve the complaints portal at the earliest.
