The Madhyanchal Gramin Bank has issued an order to all branch Heads in Chhatarpur region to organise night camps. Madhyanchal Gramin Bank is sponsored by State Bank of India (SBI).
What’s written in letter
It has been noted that during the NPA Monitoring Committee meeting of the Board for the year 2024-25, held on 17.01.2025 at the Head Office in Sagar, the honorable committee members expressed dissatisfaction with the current NPA levels and the daily progress in reducing NPAs.
In this regard, you are directed as follows:
Branches with NPA levels exceeding ₹20 lakhs must ensure that two night camps are conducted every week in rural areas for recovery purposes. Participation from the Regional Office and Head Office will also be ensured as required.
Therefore, prepare a weekly schedule of two night camps in rural areas under your branch’s jurisdiction and provide the details to the Regional Office by 20.01.2025, no later than 4:00 PM.
